I am Jacinta Domingo, 40 yrs. old, and a caregiver from the Philippines. I have two kids myself, a boy and a girl. I am a college graduate of hotel and restaurant management and have a vocational diploma in health care or caregiving. I have been working as a caregiver for 4 yrs. My home care duties have been taking care of a family of five: the husband, wife, an elderly person, and two children. The children I look after are 3 years and 15 years, and the senior citizen in the house is 85 years old.
As a home caregiver, some of my duties and responsibilities include cooking, cleaning, washing, clothes, car washing, ironing, and taking care of the kids and the senior citizen in the house. At the moment I am in the Philippines working as a Nursing Assistant. I want to find an employer and work as a housekeeper or caregiver in Canada.
