Hello, my name is Jovelyn Inovero, a certified Filipina caregiver from the Philippines. I have thoroughly enjoyed working to assist geriatric patients for the past 2 years at a care facility. I strongly believe that my passion and sincere desire to help the elderly make me the perfect candidate for the job. I am interested in applying to become a caregiver in Canada.

I am assisting 19 patients at Santa Ana San Juaquin Bahay Ampunan Foundation Inc. I am responsible for overseeing the patient’s needs at any given time. These include overseeing medication, bathing, housework, preparing meals, and providing good old-fashioned companionship for 60 hours a week (12 hours per day). Also, I work for Mrs. Gloria Gotangco, a 90-year-old patient. I am her private caregiver for 20-24 hours per week during the weekend.

I have acquired a lot of experience working at Santa Ana San Juaquin Bahay Ampunan Foundation Inc. and Mrs. Gloria Gotangco. These engagements have given me the learning opportunities I need to succeed in this profession as a caregiver. I will continue devoting myself to selfless care not only for the health of patients but also for their happiness. I am certain that my expertise in CPR and caregiver will be a valuable asset to the company, as well.
