Salary: $17.00 per hour | 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
As a Child Care Provider, your primary duties will include:
- Household Management: Take full responsibility for household operations in the absence of parents.
- Child Care: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their daily care and well-being.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform routine cleaning tasks and laundry to maintain a tidy and organized home.
- Meal Preparation: Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals tailored to the children’s dietary needs.
- Child Development: Instruct children in personal hygiene, social development, and homework assistance.
- Safety and Health: Maintain a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for the children.
- Pet Care: Tend to the family’s pets as needed.
- Family Travel: Accompany the family on trips, assisting with child supervision and light housekeeping.
- Emotional Support: Provide emotional care and support to ensure the well-being of the children.
- Activity Planning: Organize engaging activities such as games, outings, and rest periods to promote the children’s physical and emotional development.
Qualifications
Languages:
- Fluent in English or French.
Education:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
- 1 to 7 months of child care experience is preferred.
Work Environment:
- This position requires on-site work at the employer’s home.
