We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide essential support to seniors in Oakville, ON. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to assist seniors with daily activities and improve their quality of life. The role includes providing personal care, administering medications, assisting with exercises, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Oakville, ON
• Salary: $19.00 hourly / 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Administer bedside and personal care
• Administer medications
• Assist in regular exercise, such as walks
• Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of the householder
• Feed or assist in feeding
• Launder clothing and household linens
• Mend clothing and linens
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Plan therapeutic diets and menus
• Provide companionship
• Shop for food and household supplies
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Requirements:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Language: English
